CULTURAL HERITAGE OF ALENTEJO
Compadres is the result of the experience Spira has accumulated over 20 years in the conception, assembly and implementing of cultural heritage routes: Spira manages the first route of sultural tourism in Portugal, the Fresco Route, created in 1998, and we added another three routes dedicated to natural heritage (Montado Route), immaterial heritage (Pica-chouriços Route) and industrial heritage (Shades of Marble Route).
Compadres is the umbrella brand that brings together the four routes managed by Spira and directed mostly to organized groups. But Compadres are also a platform allowing any interested person to book the tours of the integrated heritage of the Spira Routes, with the simplicity and usability of a mobile-optimized web plataform .
Compadres makes the Alentejo Heritage accessible to all. A land with all its various sides – gastronomy, art history, industrial heritage, landscape – and includes annual programming with the best Parties, Pilgrimages and experiences of Alentejo.
Compadres are an invitation for all to get carried away by the culture of Alentejo. Find out more at www.compadres.pt
